We are adding this new page so people who register their heartpasses, can find their location in a flash. If you are would like to check on the location of a registered heartpass from earlier years, please click on the As We TravelIng 2011 to 2020 black button, found below this paragraph. If you have any questions please send us an email. Take care and keep on reaching to one another.
Heartpasses were designed to unite people leaving a trail of kindness as they travel their path in love and spirit. While that does not mean you have to pass them on, know it leaves a good feeling in your heart when you do. Please let us know where your heartpass is on its journey by registering the name and number found on the back of the card.
Please go to Register Me page and send the location of your heartpass (ie Toronto, ON) and its unique number (found on the back of each package). I will then update your heartpasses location so you can follow its path! Be sure to come back often and check on the progress of your Kindness Reach.

Don't forget to like the Follow Your Heart page on Facebook and to read any comments sent to me from Heartpass Holders on the Story Page. I love when emails are sent to me about the path of kindness because as we all know, "A little heart goes a long way"!
There are many places in the world that the hearts have travelled that are not reflected in the numbers below. For two years the hearts went out without a number on them. The people who have sent me messages about where their heartpasses are located are reflected on the maps and in the numbers below. Many people do not register the hearts and have kept them as keepsakes.
To the best of my knowledge there are well over 4000 heartpasses out there in our world. I know my mum would be proud to know they have encircled the globe and most importantly people's hearts!

For Your information:
The newest registrations of the heartpass travels will be in "Blue" to distinguish them as new journeys. Any updates on heartpasses already traveling will also be changed to blue as well. I look forward to reading about new travels and stories of kindness, as that is what keeps us all focused and centred within our HEARTS!

During last summer, I began creating heartpasses for people who have lost someone close to them. Sometimes that might be people close to their hearts and sometimes that might be a furry family member. Although loss is difficult for us all, the memories of our loved ones always brings us smiles and good thoughts! Hold on to those memories, so your loved ones will live on forever!
