To the best of my knowledge there are well over 5000 heart passes out there in the world. I know my Mum is smiling from heaven as the continue to make their way around the globe.

Last summer, I began creating heartpasses for people who have lost someone close to them. Sometimes that might be people close to their hearts and there are times that might be a family furry member.
